Returns Procedure
At Ripmax Ltd, we are always looking to provide our customers with the highest quality of products and service. To help us achieve this we now require that all products returned for credit or replacement have a valid Return Authorisation Number (CL). This number should be obtained from our Customer Service Department on 020 8282 7507 before returning the goods. This procedure will ensure your returns are processed promptly and accurately. The procedure is described in more detail below
1. Before returning any items to Ripmax please contact our Customer Service Department on 020 8282 7507
2. Here you will be asked for a brief description of the fault / reason for return, e.g. damaged, faulty, etc.
3. You will then be provided with a Returns Authorisation / Call Log Number (CL).
4. Please return the goods to our Returns Department, clearly stating the CL number on the outside of the parcel.
